Air Top Pro 25 air heater:

The new Webasto Air Top Pro 25 delivers advanced features for improved efficiency and reliability. Equipped with automatic altitude adjustment, the system ensures consistent heating performance without the need for manual recalibration, adapting seamlessly to varying elevations. A new brushless motor enhances efficiency by reducing fuel consumption, minimizing noise, and extending the heater’s service life, making it an ideal solution for demanding applications. With a maximum heat output of 8,500 BTU/h (2.5 kW), the Air Top Pro 25 rapidly warms vehicle interiors to a comfortable temperature while maintaining quiet, steady operation.

Engineered for versatility, the Air Top Pro 25 supports multiple fuel types, including diesel, gasoline, and HVO. Once the set temperature is reached, it transitions to a low partial load mode, further reducing fuel consumption while maintaining consistent performance. The heater’s advanced brushless motor and variable load functionality provide precise temperature control and extended durability. Designed to integrate seamlessly with modern vehicle systems through protocols such as LIN and CI bus, it offers a flexible, high-performance heating solution for commercial vehicles, cargo spaces, and RVs.

Proven commercial vehicle HVAC systems:

Webasto will also highlight its range of commercial vehicle HVAC systems, known for their reliability and efficient performance in demanding environments. Designed with a focus on component commonality, these systems improve spare part availability, enabling faster customer support and reducing vehicle downtime—key factors in maximizing customer satisfaction. Webasto is also equipped to design custom kits to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring tailored solutions for unique applications. Every HVAC system is backed with a standard 3-year warranty, further reinforcing the company’s dedication to quality and customer success.

“Implementing local production with standardized components is crucial for ensuring an available inventory of spare parts for our OE customers, dealers, and end-users,” said Mike Cicioni, Key Account Manager at Webasto Thermo & Comfort NA, Inc. “It also aligns with our goal of expanding our Made in America product portfolio.”
